Never once did I hear from Troy himself, only his assistants, when I called he didn't answer but I talked to someone else about his other business to start with (CSP), switched companies now
Have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone at his office even after leaving a couple messages and no response til a few days later with attitude from his assistant. Never heard from the agent at all in almost 2 years, mostly the assistants. Switched to another agent and right away called me herself. Hopefully this agent will be better and responsive when need changes to policy.
Troy and his team is extremely helpful and made my experience fast, and 5 times easier than I anticipated. They were patient with me gathering the information they needed, and they acted on it the second they had it. Very happy, highly recommend, and I will continue to work with Troy and his team.
I've had the greatest experience working with Troy and his team. They are responsive, knowledgeable and are always digging into my business to find ways to protect my money! I refer the team to everyone I can!
