Was extorted by AllState into accepting their auto insurance after they middle-manned a deal to acquire a homeowners policy. When I initially agreed to this I was told that my previous benefits that I enjoyed with Progressive would be matched with the newer (more expensive) policy they would write for me. Eventually, I was locked out of my car and actually needed roadside assistance to get back in only to find that it wasn't on my policy. I recently had to find some homeowners insurance and I checked around and reviewed google reviews and ending up choosing Allstate in mechanicsville. Brandon who was the agent at that location took time to explain the coverage in detail and I also added my auto insurance with them. I received good rates for my home and auto insurance. I appreciate the patience, excellent advice and great customer service I received from Brandon.
