I have been with this compney since roughly the year 2000. I called to remove my daughter as a driver and her leased car from my policy. Was not followed through with. I have autopay; Allstate controlled payments. Payments were re adjusted however; a month later I changed cars called Allstate. Changes again not made. I have not received a claims check. I have not even talked to the person in charge of my case and it has been a 2 months since my car accident. Supposedly my case was resolved but that was in July they said I would get a check and still no check. I do not recommend anyone goes there.
