Trent and his agency are unprofessional. Trent made changes to my auto and home coverages without my authorization. He lies and cannot be trusted. Save yourself the headache and find another agent like I did. ** UNPROFESSIONAL- LOOK FOR ANOTHER AGENT **
Trent and team are very responsive and takes the time to answer questions. So far no claims made so I can’t review on this aspect (Thus the 4 and not 5 star). Fingers crossed we don’t have to.
