Getting ahold of them is like pulling teeth you never receive a call back either with this new phone system they have loved it when I could actually call them directly I’d recommend them changing the system back
Early last year I received a letter saying my insurance was canceled because I moved out of state which is fine. Last WEEK I received a letter stating my canceled policy was being renewed. When I called her office, she or whoever it was that picked up the phone was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to cancel the policy. She said that she had canceled it then didn't.
