I posted a review September 11th 2024 that review had nothing to do with the local Allstate office located in Augusta, Georgia on Wheeler road. My agent Karissa Rodriguez was wonderful and also her boss. They both tried their best to help me out. My review was directed at all states main office and the terrible service I received and did not receive from them. They were useless. Again.
