10/10 There is no point calling the customer service help line from allstate when we have a local agent here! Julie and Sarah are always prompt in getting back to me and making sure that the services are clearly explained. Yall rock!
My husband and I used these guys for years. My husband used to drive for DoorDash so we got the Ride Share insurance bc it’s supposed to cover Dashers, well it doesn’t. We paid an extra $100.00 a month for years for absolutely nothing. We weren’t even offered a refund of any kind when we found out that Dashers aren’t covered. Thank Goodness we didn’t need it at the time bc the other lady’s insurance covered the accident but WOW. Tom an his crew are very knowledgeable an friendly staff. If I need something taken care of they waste no time. Would highly recommend them. I've been insured with them for twenty-five years.
