Got hit by one of their insured. Claim started out ok, they accepted liability right away. Then after I emailed pictures they keep sending me emails asking for the pictures which sent me to a link where I couldn't upload my photos. Trying to get a rental was a nightmare. Said I had to call to reserve one myself. Ok that's fine but then said I had to pay up front and if they decided I needed it they would reimburse me. Brehm Insurance made the change from my previous insurers simple. I was given quotes on all my policies and then reviewed coverages and made a few adjustments and I ended up with far better coverage and lower premiums. I highly recommend Brehm for all your insurance. My daughter meet with Brehm and was very happy with the coverages and pricing and changed all of her policies also.
