Thomas Palmer agency is a joke. I have been with them for almost 1- years and I have never met or seen Thomas Palmer, he was probably sipping on mixed drinks in the Caribbean somewhere. They screwed me on a car accident that was not even my fault last year and now they are trying to screw me on my home.
