Stunningly Poor Customer Service
I have not had to file a claim yet, but the price that I pay is worth the coverage I need. I am sure if something where to happen and hopefully it won't I will be taken good care of.
BUYER BEWARE! This is a terrible agency with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They will not return your calls or emails. When you call them, they are rude and very argumentative. I was an autopay customer for YEARS and they cancelled autopay for the last payment, didnt bother telling me, and then sent me to collections for the past payment!
