Always pleasant and helpful.
As a long time Allstate premium holder, I have been terribly disappointed in the lack of service that Tom and his office have shown towards a roof situation. It went on for 7 weeks before we finally said enough is enough. Tom has no attention to detail and is going to not be terribly responsive to your requests: emails, phone calls, etc. We pulled the pin on Allstate and will never go back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Matt and the owner are the best team I’ve seen!!!!!!! I recommend this place over all in the Rochester area
