We were rear-ended in our brand new car at a complete stop by an Allstate driver in January. We were assigned Miriam It has been an absolute horrendous experience, dealing with her on top of already being a victim of a crime. She has failed in every way possible to maintain the integrity of our Case. She actively unknowingly ignores our attempts to contact her.
