Needless to say I’m glad Johny assisted me in setting up my first ever policy by myself. From setting up the specifics of my policy to finding me the best rate. Discount Johny is his name for a great reason!
Very disappointed in the rate hikes. It's understandable that there will be rate increases due to circumstances beyond our control. When I first got insurance at this agency under (Gary Blatter) was the agent he gave me a wonderful rate at around $600 plus some change for an annual premium. Then the next year it went to around $800. I went with it and didn't complain. Now, going into June of 2026 my annual premium is just over $2,500! Very helpful finding the correct policy.
I called Teri's office and got Sarah. I've had a horrific experience with claim I filed, and after hitting a dead end, Sarah was caring and understanding, and handled the situation for me in just a short period of time, after battling for a week. Insurance is personal and can be stressful at times, but Sarah restored my peace and faith in the process. Thank you so very much.
Staff provided great help in getting a reimbursement from Allstate Roadside service. I have the check in my hand. Thanks for your friendly assistance!
