Tera is an absolute Rock Star!! I called her when I got into my accident and she had my claim submitted by the time I was home. I will recommend her and her team to everyone!! She always gets back to me very quickly and explains everything I have questions about. If you are looking for the best insurance agent out there, then give her a call!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They went to take your payment their way, which they haven't figured out how to do! Then charge you for their inability to do so.
My car was in a parking lot and hit by someone insured by this office. When I called them, all they did was transfer me to the national phone line, which really isn't designed to be helpful to people who don't have insurance through allstate. A week later, and I hadn't heard back from them, so I called the office again and made them look into the issue. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with the new person.
