I have always loved Allstate as a company, I still do but I am not a fan of this particular office. I have recently terminated an auto insurance policy with them. I called at 4:30pm on a Friday and spoke with Kyle. At first he told me I would now owe $500 dollars possibly and that he had no more information about that until Monday. When I asked where that number came from, he became quite short with me and it seemed that he had an attitude about me even asking. Allstate Corporate sided with me over Sue Kempfer. Corporate investigated the situation and refunded me the money that Sue and her immoral associates attempted to take from us. Do you want an insurance agent that lies, yells, hangs up the phone, and attempts to sweep everything under the rug? Sue Kempfer is the perfect fit for you! Allstate agent lied about roof coverage that we luckily found out about 2 weeks after starting home insurance coverage with them. We switched our home/auto insurance soon after then.
