Insurance can be complicated. It is great to talk to a real person that can explain options. I was ready to leave AllState because I couldn't get answers through the corporate website or calling the corporate 800 number. Finding a local agent that took the time to explain options and details, as well as ways to save on my insurance, saved me from having to change insurance companies.
So far, the experience has been positive. They have great rate for my cars and house. The process to sign the contract and pay is very smooth. Wait to see the experience when claims happen.
I have always loved Allstate as a company, I still do but I am not a fan of this particular office. I have recently terminated an auto insurance policy with them. I called at 4:30pm on a Friday and spoke with Kyle. At first he told me I would now owe $500 dollars possibly and that he had no more information about that until Monday. When I asked where that number came from, he became quite short with me and it seemed that he had an attitude about me even asking. Allstate Corporate sided with me over Sue Kempfer. Corporate investigated the situation and refunded me the money that Sue and her immoral associates attempted to take from us. Do you want an insurance agent that lies, yells, hangs up the phone, and attempts to sweep everything under the rug? Sue Kempfer is the perfect fit for you!
