Best insurance experience with Steven Stiles! Every time I have contacted Steven he has been quick to respond and resolved any issues my family has had. When one of our cars was stolen, the claim was processed quickly and we received the insurance money in a reasonable period of time. I often hear stories of insurance companies completely distrusting their clients which makes it harder to receive insurance money even when it is deserved. I use to work with Steven son; Josh who is an agent thru Steven. Josh talked me into switching to their insurance for life, renters, and auto, Josh explained that if I list my car as "parked" I would get a better rate. Then if I got pulled over I was to call Josh and he would update the system to show that I had full coverage. Seems sketchy right?
