This is the worst insurance agency I have ever had. They don't answer your questions, they don't return your calls and don't even know their business. I cancelled my policy with them before it was expired and weeks later I got a bill for past due. I called them and I was told that I needed to cancel it by letter. I was never informed about that when I spoke with Steven. They told me that they will call me back to fix this and now I got a credit collection letter!
