Purchased a vehicle August of 2024 covered it full coverage with Allstate. The vehicle was hit by a person who had no insurance October 21, 2025. Allstate went through all of the motions stated other driver was at fault then stated my vehicle was never covered even though I paid the premium every month. Now they are not giving my premiums back or covering the vehicle stating I had no insurable interest. I consider this theft and am shocked by this action. All I want is my money back or the vehicle covered.
I had to check on a mortgage refund from changing insurance companies. I never received it yet. I spoke with Katie and she stop payed the original check and I told her my bank had closed the branches close by. She said she would have it deposited in my bank account instead of a check which was a great help. She was very professional and caring.
