Mescal has provided great service for many years. Makes it easy to remain loyal. No need to shop around.
Haven’t had much interaction over the years but when I have it’s been fine. Everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful.
Steve and his office staff have always responded quickly when I need them. They have helped give me options to keep my family covered at reasonable rates. Great service from everyone there.
Was all great for years until my homeowners insurance went up 60% in one year. My auto insurance was up also. I am now with USAA. They provided great service , but it was all about price . I was with Allstate for 20 to 30 years
