You are not doing very good, my basement flooded 6/26 I sent pictures of the things I lost you sent me a check not coming to my home. I started replacing my furnace washer and dryer my couch loveseat and recliner.. than my basement flooded again than you sent someone to my house that’s when I found out I have mold, and you denied my second claim and told me the money you sent before was for the structure of my property and not my furniture. I would of gotten rid of the mold instead if I knew I had it.. in between the floods ... read more
