TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE I NOTICED MY HOME INSURANCE WAS RAISED 91 per cent, no claims When I called the local agent the representative knew nothing of the increase and told me it was my responsibility to notice premium increases. The representative said he would notify Allstate- I said you are Allstate. He said he was not the agent and would look into it and let me know in 24/48 hours.
