Very disappointed
Lainie was really amazing with helping me today very kind and patient even when i talked her head of she calmed me and help me lower my rate the women made my day some much when i hung up i was crying good tears thank you so much lainie!
Poor communication. Previously sent an email asking a simple question and didn’t receive a response for 2+ weeks. Only got a email response once I called about it. Recently called for a home insurance quote and was told I’d get a call back from someone in the office and never received a call back.
