Agent lacks communication and professionalism ! I received conflicting information via mail. Form was prefilled and selections had been made for me, requesting my signature. When I went in office for clarification, I requested to receive the information verbally given to me in writing to avoid confusion and to ensure I was signing up for the right thing (since policy prices could increase based on the selections). 0/10 Prices too high constantly raising prices. You guys have raised prices on me twice in less than 6 months. And the only thing you guys can offer is for me to raise my deductible for a lower monthly price by 20 dollars? And y’all don’t even include a rental car in my insurance. It’s high for no reason. I would definitely not recommend and I would steer people away from giving you guys business.
