I strongly urge anyone needing a policy to avoid Allstate. They will leave you without a policy, as well as a increased policy going forward because of a dropped policy. They will lie to you about the status of your policy, and then tell you that there is nothing that they can do even though the messed you the paperwork. You simply don't do business in this manner.
