I received a letter from Scott Sandlin insurance stated that he had competed the insurance quote that I had requested. This is a complete lie I have never spoken to this agency or requested a quote. I suggest no one has any business with this agency as they seem to be very dishonest in their business dealings.
The sales silo is good and picks up the phone. The homeowner claim process is horrendous. They sent me to an India call center for questions about my homeowner claim. Allstate homeowners' claim process is lacking, everyone in the neighborhood got a roof while wrangled with roofers and Allstate rejection. Don't.
