I *hate* deceptive & predatory business practices, and the unsolicited letter I received from this agency (that I've never spoken with or contacted before) is a prime example. I got a letter in the mail from Scott Sandlin that said the below: "I completed the homeowners insurance quote you requested and included it here for you. Everything shown is based on the details you provided. STAY AWAY!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! They are raising my price from $5700 to $8200 in a year without claims!!!! Really?!?!? Raising 50-60% for nothing, this is absolutely criminal!!!! Retaining wall & fence was damaged during storms in 2025. They denied my claim saying it was the house settling… right after 3 massive storms. How does that make any sense when everything was fine, then after an 80 mph thunderstorm, everything was not fine. They are the worst and most expensive We never had any claim and raised our insurance. We canceled it and emailed them but they charged our bank account even though we told them not to. And we already got another insurance company.

You have a beautiful soul and spirit that shines through your voice. You are by far the absolute best insurance agent there is. I’m beyond grateful for your personal touch to my situation.
