Worst insurance company experience I've had to date. Be sure to read the fine print, because they will alter your coverage without your knowledge. When we needed it the most, Allstate did not come through. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.

Addie who works for this agency initially offered me a good deal by bundling my mortgage insurance with car insurance. A couple of weeks later, they canceled my homeowner’s policy solely based on photos of my roof. They never sent anyone to physically inspect it, which I find extremely negligent. Great company with great customer service
My daughter has been run o b er many time only 2xs her fault, backed into neighbor in street ,and waterbottle rolled under her foot, but they have treated us like killers. Doubled.ins. when I turned 70 and had Zero claims Now we can't go anywhere else because I gave up driving because of arthritis med They took license away. We are stuck and being punished because San Antonio has no fault, both parties responsible. You are Horrible. You are not decent.
