This isn't so much about Sara, as it is about Allstate. They took my auto payment out on payday and said there was non sufficient funds (which there wasn't because it came out of my bank) and charged me $20. I had no idea. So, thinking my insurance was paid, they canceled my policy and told me if I paid what I owed I'd be eligible for reinstatement. LIES. They took my money and Sara said I wasn't eligible for reinstatement because of this one time lapse. CROOKS. So, I'm out $200 from them plus what I had to spend starting a ... read more
