Sandy missed converting our construction policy and to a full policy when we moved in. The mistake was not caught until we tried to file a claim when our basement flooded 2 years after we moved in! There was no effort to remedy the issue. She placed blame on us and claimed she never knew we moved in. There was no apology or anything. Horrible customer service and big error on her part.
