It's a sad day for me! I just had to cancel my Home, Auto and Umbrella policy with Allstate. This is strictly over the Allstate rates and has nothing to do with the Sam Phillips Agency or it's employees. The contact I had with the agency, Lauren Poole, was absolutely the most professional, thorough and pleasant individual that a person could ask for to deal with. Lauren really went over, above and beyond my expectations in customer service. She even furnished individual laminated proof of insurance cards for all my vehicles!... read more
This is the worst company to deal with my mother passed in September and I tried to pay it in the new year cause I have my own home Lauren allowed me to pay knowing the policy is expired this is the worst company for your house or anything they do not care for the people or their customers then tried to refund 115 of the policy and kept the other 185 so I basically got robbed by them GO TO PROGRESSIVE
