Horrible office. All smiles when selling, but when needed they simply send you off to an 800 number. An Ronald is a ghost, for 2 years impossible to get in touch with. Horrible office and company.
This agent put my mind at ease. Her can-do attitude was a marked contrast to others, who ignored our phone calls. She answered every question and concern. It made me realize that insurance is not just the company, but really it's the agent and the office as a whole that allows me to rest assured I really am in good hands.
