He’s a lay back guy, be he waited a day to “relapse” my insurance instead of dated the day I switched after communicating from insurance to insurance, I dropped my payment $125 with more coverage, he also lied about saying my 6mo will go down after the first 6mo and it stayed the same, so I would just go somewhere else!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you ever find better insurance rates through another company be careful. They will tell the dmv you canceled before you actually did. Instead of having me pay what I would owe they told the dmv I canceled sooner. So this gave me a lapse in insurance. This is so unprofessional.
