I called, no answer. Came in person at 3pm and no one is here. It is closed.
I had called during regular business hours to their business line but no one answered after 6 calls so then i decided to call Rick personal number and i guess he accidentally answered and i overheard them gambling in the office and i wanted to make sure that they were really in the office so i had my wife call the business line to and i could hear it ringing in the background and they didn’t bother to answer something like this is very unprofessional and they should probably be unlicensed and fired.
Allstate Rick Pham is one of the most expensive insurance you can get, not only that but it’s hard to comunícate and has so many restrictions they act like there’s no other insurance in the world. Allstate Rick Pham is one of the worst stay away from this insurance you’ll get taken.
