If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency is a disgrace. Their lack of professionalism has cost my father thousands of dollars, and their customer service has only made the situation worse. After my father retired, he needed to reduce his expenses and decided to switch to State Farm. During a three-way speakerphone call with a State Farm representative, he canceled all of his Allstate policies. I’m extremely disappointed with this Allstate office. When I asked - two full weeks before my policy renewed - to switch to full-pay, I was ignored until after the new term started. Now they claim they “can’t” apply the discount for the current six-month period even though the delay was on their end, not mine. To make matters worse, whenever I try to reach the agent I’ve been working with (Sandra), I’m told to dial a generic office line and start the whole story over with someone else. I have been a Allstate customer for 30 + years. My long time agent retired last year. I called this agent for some help because the person that bought Mike out would not return my phone calls. Mr Gustafson's staff doesn't want to help either.Told me to call the 800 number. I guess if they aren't making money off of you they can't be bothered.
