Terrible service. After being overcharged by $400, I spoke with Tianna Phan. Tianna said they had no record of billing statements, so I forwarded her the copy. She then said that wasn't sent them, it was Allstate, as though it was a different company. Tianna was extremely rude, unprofessional, and nasty. Stay away from this company. They have no ethics or accountability. If they mess up your billing, they will blame you for their mistakes. Dirty business.
