Consumer beware as this office will not stand behind the policies they sell. We experienced a catastrophic hail storm and when Allstate denied coverage PBJ Financial stated they never sold us cosmetic coverage. Errors and Omissions had to get involved and Paul provided them false statements. Thankfully I was able to prove he lied and now his company has to pay up. Please if you do business with them get everything in writing as they will throw you under the bus.
Stuff was added to my policy without my knowledge. Called office and ask why insurance went up so much. Was told it was the type of vehicle and the underwriters set price. Called Allstate main office and was helped greatly and they found that they had added stuff to my policy that I had not ask for. So beware of your policy and ask questions, if they give you the run around go above them. Oh when I did talk to the local agent office was told I should shop around for other insurance.
