My Tesla was totaled by hail damage, and all state of course does not value anything properly when replacing it. They want to put non OEM parts on my new GMC DENALI, they said you have to pay the difference between the chinese non oem parts that they use, and the actual parts that belong on the car if you want to replace it correctly? Also on my tesla they valued my wheel set I paid over $2200 for, for $381. They valued my full self driving life time subscription for $1137. Pretty decent people. The problem is who they represent. My experience thus far with Allstate has been horrific. It may change but it is not the Agency.
I had a great experience working with Stephanice at PJB. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and got us a very good quote. I have switched over all of our coverage to Allstate and sent over additional referrals who also switched!
Hours of operation are bare minimum, otherwise enjoy all state AI
