Stuff was added to my policy without my knowledge. Called office and ask why insurance went up so much. Was told it was the type of vehicle and the underwriters set price. Called Allstate main office and was helped greatly and they found that they had added stuff to my policy that I had not ask for. So beware of your policy and ask questions, if they give you the run around go above them. Oh when I did talk to the local agent office was told I should shop around for other insurance. Good luck finding them open . Had to change agents
We switched to Allstate October 2023. In February 2024 we had a leak from the dishwasher that caused the kitchen floor, cabinets, basement ceiling, walls and carpet damage by the water. Our agent was very helpful in getting the repairs we needed. Very happy will the outcome.
