Peter is an amazing person. I have been with him for the last 10 years with multiple policies including landlords and he is extremely professional, honest, friendly and goes out of the way for any issues I encounter. The claim process is handled by Allstate corporate and Peter guides and helps all the way. Even though I moved to Atlanta but he is still a phone call away and available. Highly recommend him!
You are NOT in Good hands. We have been trying to settle a claim since the beginning of July, this is the first house insurance issue claim we have ever had to deal with and I have been paying insurance over 40 years. Simply, the water line on my refrigerator broke and created a water mess behind the refrigerator leaking into the basement at our condo.
