They add on your car insurance policy with out telling you when it time to use it they give you high deductible so you can't use it.
I have never been disappointed with Pete Russell: Allstate Insurance. There was one time I was not happy with the way they handled a repair. However, Pete Russell handled it and took care of everything. I'm very happy with them.
Was told they would call me back in a little while with a quote and now its almost a week later. No wonder scammers are using their name to steal money! LOL!
HOW DO I FEEL ...... NOT GOOD! My experience IS NOT OVER. AND it appears my claim has been closed! My camper trailer was damaged during Hurricane Sally. It' going to cost close to $5,000.00 to get it totally repaired and the adjuster gave an estimate of $3,700.00??? I have pictures to show the gouge in the side of my camper, it goes all the way through to the inside wall. He thinks the materials will cost $144.00???? It's really going to cost around $550.00!!
