UPDATE: We are submitting an update to this review, because a very professional staff member of the agency went the extra mile to ensure this STRANGER was removed from our policy as of the afternoon of 11/04/2020. We updated the review to 4 stars as a result. We cannot begin to tell you how stressful this was for us to deal with, but feel it is fair to mention that the second more experienced staff member that helped us got the job done RIGHT!
