FINAL UPDATE #3: Ok, you can read the challenges we dealt with below if you like, but here is the final verdict. This is by far one of the BEST agent's in the world! If we would have heard from her initially, we wouldn't have canceled our policies with Allstate. This agent spent about two hours tonight addressing ALL our concerns. UPDATE: We are submitting an update to this review, because a very professional staff member of the agency went the extra mile to ensure this STRANGER was removed from our policy as of the afternoon of 11/04/2020. We updated the review to 4 stars as a result. We cannot begin to tell you how stressful this was for us to deal with, but feel it is fair to mention that the second more experienced staff member that helped us got the job done RIGHT! I have been with Allstate for over 30 years and will never change insurance companies. They have been there through good and bad and I always appreciate the quick and efficient response from them. Thank you Allstate!!
