Wish my old agent never sold out and moved me to this branch, otherwise I'd probably still be a customer. Had to cancel my service Tuesday because this place just sucks at communication and doesn't care to inform their customers about anything at all. They have to be crooks. How you gonna charge me $2356 for 6 months worth of car insurance but when I call state farm, I get BETTER coverage for $1400 LESS THAN YOURS.
