LAZY STAFF. this has been my insurance agent for a few years and during this time they've chronically ignored my emails & calls, and demonstrated that they're not knowledgeable. you will not get assistance getting the best rates and your insurance will inexplicably spike every year. good luck getting in touch with anyone to discuss these things (or any other issues you have) because you will be flat out ignored when you email/call. they are so bad that they failed to properly renew my policy because they ignored my emails. t... read more
Rebecca was so professional and patient with me. She helped me understand things about my policy and didn't interrupt even when i interrupted her. She handled everything with grace and went above and beyond her duty. so glad to have people this nice and peaceful in a chaotic world we live in now. Wish i could give 10 stars!!!
