I am blown away by Angels, kind and attentive customer service skills !! She was very easy to work with very knowledgeable and was very eager to help!! She handled all my inquiries, answered all my questions and I felt very well taken care of at the end of our call! I felt that she really cared and went above and beyond to help in every way, she could! Angel is definitely an asset to Paul Rue and Allstate!! Thank you so much I will never do business with anyone else very impressed!

The problem I have is the late fee is high The insurance keep going up and they don’t give you a grace period The lady I spoke to about the late fee she act like she didn’t care that I wasn’t working at the time, she was very rude but thank you for my rental insurance
