Patrick is always very attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. He is always focused on your needs and getting you a good rate. Been with Allstate for years and no plans on switching !
Well six days later and no response, just like Allstate I couldn't get any one to respond. So after 30 plus years of giving them money I'm pretty disappointed to say the least! Just another example of corporate America having no customer service, so I can't have anything else to say about this agent since he's obviously to busy to help out another Allstate customer. Needless to say I'm pretty sure someone else would appreciate my business, we'll be finding that out soon
