Patrick Bruno does a great job as my insurance agent. He's always available by phone. If he doesn't pick up when I call (and leave a voicemail), he gets back to me the same day, generally within a couple hours. And, when we do talk, he always has a solution or an explanation for whatever it is I need from him in the way of insurance.
My agent has always responded to my questions and is real clear about any concerns I have. Really good agent, communicates with me and always gives me options on my policies. Been a long policy holder and Patrick was real honest and accomidating on my insurance requests throughout the years
Over the pass 26 years Pat has been a dependable professional. With his cordial disposition he has provided us with exceptional service.
