Never choose allstate for your GAP insurance. My loan amount for my totaled car which the other driver was at fault mind you, was about $4000 after the insurance settlement and allstates gonna pay $800 of that. Absolutely trash experience with them. Save yourself some money.
As I have said in previous postings: Pat has been a dependable professional. With his cordial disposition he has provided us with exceptional service. Patrick Bruno does a great job as my insurance agent. He's always available by phone. If he doesn't pick up when I call (and leave a voicemail), he gets back to me the same day, generally within a couple hours. And, when we do talk, he always has a solution or an explanation for whatever it is I need from him in the way of insurance.
