Allstate said for this roof to be Brought to pre-loss conditions all it needed was a repair. You can see from the previous repairs that it cannot be brought to pre-loss conditions therefore a full roof replacement is due. Allstate drop this customer to avoid paying. I guess you are not in good hands. #Allstate #youreingoodhands
