Scam. Overchaged by double what I was verbally quoted. When I cancelled the policy they charged me again for an additional month and refused to refund $300. I have a perfect driving record but they charged me more than double every other quote Ive gotten. Then they stole the last month when I cancelled. Absolute scam.
Allstate has been so phenomenal with their customer service! I call, text, and email my agent Vanessa Dela Rosa anytime of the day and she responds right away! She provides excellent customer service and is understanding of my family’s needs when it comes to our insurance!
