Not Nina’s fail but all-state as a company is a bit shady. Bought renters insurance for a full year in advance in May of 2018 and received an email in July 2019 stating I was a month behind and to pay immediately. Being I pay a year in advance I simply forgot. I ho online and pay the June and July payment and I get a message it’s up to date snd I’m good to go.
