Several times I called and Nicola was never available. I got stuck with what seemed some kid. Took me 5 months to take a car off my policy. I wound up having to not pay the bill for two months. That sure got their attention. I eventually had to call Allstate corporate to get anything done Do yourself a favor and stay away from this agent. P.S. they see have a new person by the name of Rheanna who seems extremely good but I refuse to work with Nicolas office.
