I have not heard from this office for about SIX months now to reevaluate our current policy. Great service but keep raising payments when u have a good record. Makes no sense
Not professional.doesn’t return phone calls and my insurance for car and house keeps going up for no reason
Horrible office. Left several messages before the holiday and after. Very rude when I asked why my policy increased drastically. Every year they increase my rates average $150-$200. The reason behind it makes no sense and they say they can’t do anything about. They didn’t care that I was taking my business somewhere else after years of being there and having home and car with them. And my family uses them. I was quoted somewhere else less than half.
