Zero stars and take your business elsewhere. I have been with Allstate for 30+ years. This summer I was asked to do some tree trimming/wildfire prevention work on my property by Melissa, and it was quite a bit of tree and limb removal and cost a couple thousand dollars. When I was done I submitted my photos, and then Melissa asked me about another photo of a property 2 lots away, hundreds of feet from my home, and asked that I thin that as well. April helped me by reviewing my Allstate Homeowners policy. She listened to my concerns and then helped me change my policy to meet my current needs. She was a great communicator. She told me what needed to be done and when she expected to have a clear answer to my issue. She followed up when she said she would. I couldn't be more pleased with her service and will recommend her to friends.
Bad customer service. Rules and louder customer.
Worst place. Their customer services are horrible. The lady that I spoke to have no customer service at all. Would not recommend this place at all. They lost a customer for sure. When Guillen came out of his office, he did not even greet us.
