This is by far the worst Allstate representative in Houston. Poor customer service, low knowledge of insurance policy (yes, their policy!). I have been with them for nearly 19 years for both home and car insurance coverage. They outpaced themselves in low performance and subpar customer service . Their staff is poorly trained, rude, non-responsive to customer needs and requirements, Save your money and find a reputable company who understand insurance laws and know a little bit about customer relations. Allstate has to be one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. My car was damaged by one of their customers. Ok, accidents happen not a big deal. Then the run around started, Allstate said their customer had another policy with a different insurance company.( that was not the case they made a mistake of the person's name and birth date) I was informed my Allstate claim is denied and would have to file a claim with the "other insurance company" Now 2 weeks later Allstate is still dragging their feet. I called regarding a renter's insurance policy and the first agent i spoke to was helpful and said she would send me the quote via email, she didn't. i called back to ask them to resend it and spoke to someone else who was belligerently yelling and talking over me saying they would never offer the proposed policy then hung up on me. Don't waste your time.

Ashely was not only easy to work with, but she was extremely informative and helpful when it came to my questions. I had tons of children in the background and she was considerate of my time. People like her make me want to stick with this company. She is an asset to the AllState team.
