When trying to purchase an Ohio Fair Plan from this agent, I was given a difficult time. I felt that my needs weren’t worth her time. When I applied for the Ohio Fair Plan originally in 2023 with her she gave me the information after arguing back-and-forth with her, and then there was nothing to click on so I couldn’t purchase the insurance plan without her being my agent.
