Very good company
We have had Mr. Bajwa as our agent for years, maybe over a decade. He’s always been super responsive and always finds ways to reduce our costs by bundling or timing things carefully. Generally, I have had outstanding help from Allstate every time I need to file a claim, even for minor glass replacements/repairs. Lots of people try to get me to switch to “save money” - but why switch when I know this company actually has my back in an accident? Save money … why? It makes more sense that when you see errors in your policy one would question them and try to get clarification. For these people to act like your questions are stupid and waste of time is unprofessional. The simple fact alone I made it clear I wanted clarity and Mr. Mohammad response is “I have other customers and don’t have time to answer your questions.” Is ridiculous just like my auto insurance price going up randomly being ridiculous.
