Been with Allstate for almost 35 years. Denied roof after two roofing companies gave them over 45 pictures and met with them, Even then Allstate third party inspector missed the gutters and siding. very disappointed in the effort
Find another agent. I was with this agency twice and I should have learned the first time. I had to contact Allstate corporate both times to get my policies canceled and money returned since this agency has systemic incompetence. Had to add a comment since he you had the gaul to respond. My father was an insurance agent for 35 years so I know the good and the bad. You were the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.
