Incredibly unprofessional behavior. First and foremost, he hung up on a customer and would not answer return calls from said customer. Not sure what kind of agent would ignore calls from one of his customers, no matter the circumstances. Conflict resolution clearly is not his strong suit, and he didn’t like speaking to someone who doesn’t let him get his way.
