I paid off the balance of this in January. I even got a thank you letter saying I was All Paid Up. Apparently, that was not enough as now they are bugging me for a late fee on a $0 balance. Terrible and not even funny.
Run. Do not waste your time with Mike Hammer. I have been a client for over 10 years and they have proved that “All good things come to an end.” He and his agency at this point does not deserve a“⭐️” Ever since Alisha who was fabulous left working for his agency, the quality of service such as doing a policy review prior to renewal stopped since Alisha left, not listening to what the customer is asking or wanting to make changes to their policy and then making the wrong change.
