Rude rude rude. Just plain unprofessional
Mike has always been there for me when I needed anything and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Not only that, but he also supported our football team. He also gets back to me right away when I have reached out.
Our Allstate agent Mike Brainard is great. He's been extremely helpful and friendly. I feel like we pay premium prices, but due to him, I feel like we receive a premium product. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there have been some relatively minor snafu's when dealing with your adjusters.
